Our mission with the Condron Family Ballpark was clear: redefine what "home" means for Florida Gators Baseball by providing top-tier facilities for players and an unforgettable experience for fans.
Together with design partner Populous, we initiated the project with a strategic relocation of the field to a new site, allowing for a fresh and modern approach to ballpark design. The entire project centered around prioritizing fan experience. The resulting stadium design is filled with premium amenities, including a diamond-level party deck and a 360-degree concourse.
We focused on expanding seating options, recognizing the modern fan's desire for both social interaction and a great view of the game. Options now include berms, chairbacks, four-tops, and club boxes. Beyond the fan-centric enhancements, we upgraded player facilities, introducing a contemporary, competitive players' lounge. This serves not only as a powerful recruitment tool but also a place that strengthens the entire program.
The new Condron Family Ballpark has solidified the championship culture of the Gators. It offers an exceptional ballpark experience while fostering a vibrant sense of community among fans.
