Johnson & Johnson (J&J), a global leader in healthcare, wanted to make their Tampa office the best it could be. This space, where HR and administrative teams work, needed to reflect the company's high standards and make a great impression on visitors and employees alike.
Our main goal was to create an impressive entrance and lounge area that would make everyone feel welcome and valued. We also converted part of the office into an Occupational Health clinic supporting the well-being of J&J staff on-site.
To save resources and reduce waste, we worked with existing materials, reusing furniture and equipment whenever possible. This approach not only saved money but also aligned with Johnson & Johnson's commitment to being environmentally friendly.
Just as we finished the initial design, Johnson & Johnson introduced new global branding guidelines. We had to adapt quickly to incorporate these changes. With a few tweaks, the Tampa office became the first in the world to showcase the company's updated brand!
This project shows our ability to deliver top-notch, flexible design solutions that meet the evolving needs of corporations and their branding strategies.
