Multiple Manufacturing Lines for Johnson and Johnson Vision
Since 2018, Walker Architects has worked with Johnson and Johnson Vision (JJV), a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, on multiple renovations to accommodate additional manufacturing lines.
Walker Architects has provided design and construction administration services for multiple renovations to the JJV Deerwood Park Campus to expand manufacturing capabilities. This equipment has specific and intense utility needs to support the manufacture of over 1.7 billion disposable contact lenses per year. We partner with the right engineers, then work directly with the client to ensure that all workflow, process flow and utility requirements are addressed in the final design solution.

TAM 31, 32, and 33 Renovation: 4,800-square-foot renovation to support the installation and operation of two new production lines.
TAM 30 Renovation: Extension of existing utility systems to support the installation and operation of one new manufacturing line.
TAM 29 Renovation: 7,000-square-foot renovation to an existing manufacturing building to house one new production line and office workspace.
TAM 28 Renovation: 2,100-square-foot renovation to house one new production line.
DI Water Expansion: Modification of areas within the manufacturing building to support the installation and operations of the new DI Water System and upgraded Automation.
Phase 8, Line 63 Expansion: 11,000-square-foot expansion of an existing manufacturing facility.
TAM 26 and 27 Renovation: 4,200-square-foot expansion to house two new production lines.
TAM 24 and 25 Renovation: 7,000-square-foot renovation to house two new production lines
