Your Role with Our Team

The Executive Assistant provides administrative professional support to our Leadership Team, consisting of four Principals and our Director of Operations. Work performed requires a variety of clerical and organizational skills and the ability to work productively with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate exercises independent judgment and problem-solving techniques in managing tasks, including planning, initiating and implementing administrative activities as assigned. You will carry projects to completion, independently providing current status or outcome of each project to leadership. Work is computer-based at a fixed desk in an open office, M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm.

As Executive Assistant, job responsibilities include:

  • Manage Principals’ schedules, time and expense tracking

  • Plan and facilitate daily check-ins with Principals

  • Make travel arrangements for Principals

  • Facilitate tracking and maintenance of professional credentials

  • Invest in relationships and knock on doors to keep communication and information flowing

  • Develop presentations and supporting materials for Principals

  • Plan events including team building activities, meetings, and occasional after hours gatherings

  • Coordinate professional photography

  • Assist with fee proposals/contracting

Qualifications

  • Ten years of progressively responsible advanced administrative experience with independent project task management.

  • Advanced document and contract preparation skills required.

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
