As a Project Manager you will:
Foster the Walker Way
- Champion the Walker Way and drive its implementation and adoption in daily practice
- Demonstrate exceptional vision, team leadership, and communication skills and oversee projects from conception to completion to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
Contribute to developing our high-performance team
- Coach teams to stay focused on positive results by removing roadblocks, resolving issues, and creating conditions for great work
Continue to hone your craft
- Invest in relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Communicate to be understood, from fee proposals to client presentations and lean documentation
- Specify and clarify design tasks and deadlines for the design team, including consultants
- Plan ahead and anticipate by creating and managing project-specific work plans and timelines from conceptual design through delivery of contract documents
- Honor commitments and deliver contract documents on schedule and within budget
- Follow through to completion by ensuring that construction proceeds in accordance with drawings and specifications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture (or equivalent)
- A minimum of ten years of architectural project management experience.
