Tim is a project manager, architectural designer, and construction administrator with 30 years of experience in a diverse range of project types: master planning, feasibility study, restoration, renovation, adaptive reuse, and new construction. Tim’s diverse project portfolio includes both private and public sector work for numerous cultural, educational, and institutional clients.

Tim manages all aspects of the architectural project process with an attentive sense for good design, client-focused functionality, and productive dialogue among stakeholders and consultants. Tim is known within the design and construction community for being a considerate listener, a generous collaborator and facilitator, and a rigorous adherent to accurate graphic and written communication.
