Indoor Tennis Practice Facility

The new Indoor Tennis Practice Facility encompasses approximately 23,000 square feet and consists of three separate regulation size courts, a coaches area, and loading bay. The new structure is built directly over the foundation slab of the previous facility and is designed using a pre-engineered steel building frame and a raised monolithic post-tensioned concrete slab foundation. Metal wall paneling, brick and a standing seam metal roof comprise the exterior finishes. The envelope is insulated using sheet vinyl covered blanket insulation. Four 60” diameter wall fans on the east wall of the building draw fresh air from louvers on the west wall keeping interior temperatures consistent with outdoor temperatures while provide a completely dry and windless environment in which to perfect one’s back hand.
