His experience in architectural acoustics makes him a valuable team member in designing spaces that are successful in both function and aesthetics.

Tim has twelve years of architectural experience designing a variety of highly technical project types including healthcare, research, higher education, and manufacturing for institutional, corporate, and government clients.  He exceptional service through all phases from master planning and concept development to construction documents, and through construction administration.  He particularly enjoys learning about the work that will be done in each project space and assimilating multiple objectives into the design solution.

Juli Mitchell, ID, LEED AP
Interior Designer

She gained international experience as Design Director for Vihara Collective in Yangon, Myanmar, a start-up organization focused on sustainable architecture, agriculture, and hospitality as a humanitarian platform in Southeast Asia. Her responsibilities include interior design, concept development, construction document development, and owner liaison.

I spearhead the firm’s marketing efforts, creating proposals and presentations to win new jobs. On a daily basis, I interact with numerous clients and construction managers to help keep the design and construction process moving smoothly. During design phases I support our designers by compiling and editing specifications. During the construction administration phase I process and distribute shop drawings, RFIs, pay applications, change orders, field orders and field reports.
