As Senior Designer, Joe participates directly in all project planning and design, and ensures satisfaction of time schedules and project budgets. Typical project types include new construction and renovations to educational facilities, office buildings, research laboratories, and single/multifamily housing projects. His experience in architectural acoustics makes him a valuable team member in designing spaces that are successful in both function and aesthetics.
Throughout Jason’s fourteen year career, he has worked on a wide variety of project types including offices and conference centers, educational facilities, auditoriums, athletic facilities, and residences. He has a flair for innovative design, and successfully creates sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Jason’s duties include: programming and design, concept development, building information modeling, construction document development, in-field support to contractors during construction, building department coordination, and owner liaison.
Todd has designed and managed a wide variety of project types including schools and classrooms, healthcare facilities, commercial office and retail buildings, restaurants, and historic preservation re-development projects. His duties include: design, construction document development and coordination, managing project schedules and deadlines, building programming, concept development, computerized 3D modeling, specification research, in-field support to contractors during construction, building department coordination, phasing coordination, and owner liaison.
During his twelve year career, Ken has developed a depth of understanding of all phases of the design and construction process. He provides a high level of service to clients in the fields of science and technology, higher education, and health care. Ken is an expert at coordinating architectural drawings with MEPF, structural, and civil drawings and has supported other disciplines with the drafting of their details as required by project circumstances.
In his six years of experience, Adam has assumed the roles of Project Architect, 3D Designer, and Project Manager for a wide-range of projects including higher education, healthcare, building renovation, lab, and residential. His responsibilities include programming and design, concept development, construction document development, in-field support to contractors during construction administration, and Owner liaison. Adam is adept with 3D building information modeling and sustainable design practices, and has used these skillsets for numerous new construction, building addition, and renovation projects.
Joe has more than 20 years of architectural experience in all aspects of the discipline from Pre-Design to Construction Administration. Joe possesses exceptional skills in higher education and laboratory projects, combining technical expertise with creative design to meet owners’ requirements. His attention to detail and thorough knowledge of code requirements ensures that projects run smoothly and perform to the highest level possible.
Tim has twelve years of architectural experience designing a variety of highly technical project types including healthcare, research, higher education, and manufacturing for institutional, corporate, and government clients. He exceptional service through all phases from master planning and concept development to construction documents, and through construction administration. He particularly enjoys learning about the work that will be done in each project space and assimilating multiple objectives into the design solution.
Over the course of her 10-year career, Juli has designed interiors for a wide range of projects, including resorts, hotels, restaurants, mixed-use developments, hospitals, clinics, and educational facilities. She gained international experience as Design Director for Vihara Collective in Yangon, Myanmar, a start-up organization focused on sustainable architecture, agriculture, and hospitality as a humanitarian platform in Southeast Asia. Her responsibilities include interior design, concept development, construction document development, and owner liaison.
Erik has more than twenty years of experience in the field of architecture and has designed and managed a wide variety of projects including residential, multi-family developments, commercial plazas, and offices for private, public, and institutional clients. His skills include conceptual design, Building Information Modeling, project management, and construction administration. Erik applies a highly developed understanding of structural integrity and sustainable design to his work.
Hi, I’m Andrea. Because I maintain this website, speaking in the third person just feels strange. I spearhead the firm’s marketing efforts, creating proposals and presentations to win new jobs. On a daily basis, I interact with numerous clients and construction managers to help keep the design and construction process moving smoothly. During design phases I support our designers by compiling and editing specifications. During the construction administration phase I process and distribute shop drawings, RFIs, pay applications, change orders, field orders and field reports.
Michelle accomplishes an important job behind the scenes by managing the firm’s finances. She is in charge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
