417 Building for Trimark Properties

The goal of this project was to create a distinctive facade for both the front and back of this commercial building in Gainesville’s new Innovation District. In the Innovation District, oversize numbering is used so that the address becomes each building’s identity. The facade was designed to fit into the modern aesthetic of the neighborhood while providing the building with its own distinct character. Photo Credit: Trimark Properties
